EARLY CAREER LAUNCHPAD

Career Development for Students, Graduates & Early Careers

Build Career Foundations That Actually Last

Help your students and graduates develop the clarity, confidence, and mental fitness to thrive in the workplace—not just survive it.

I partner with universities, scholarship programs, and graduate employers to bridge the gap between education and meaningful employment.

The Challenge

Your students and graduates are facing:

  • Career uncertainty and direction paralysis

  • Difficulty articulating their value

  • Imposter syndrome in first roles

  • Mental health challenges affecting their wellbeing, team dynamics and performance

  • The gap between academic success and workplace readiness

I blend career development with mental fitness coaching, giving your students practical tools and the neurological foundation to actually use them.

Most career services focus on the mechanics: CV writing, interview skills, job search tactics. But without addressing the underlying self-doubt and reactive patterns, these tools don't stick.

I blend practical career development with mental fitness coaching, giving your students both the strategy and the psychological foundation to actually use it.

What Makes This Different From Most Careers Interventions?

Early Career Launchpad addresses what's underneath: the self-doubt, the imposter syndrome, the reactive patterns that undermine your students' and graduates’ performance.

By combining practical career development with mental fitness training through Positive Intelligence program, they gain both the tools and the psychological foundation to actually use them.

The difference:

  • Individuals who can articulate their value with confidence

  • Graduates who navigate workplace challenges with resilience

  • Early careers professionals who build sustainable success from the start

  • Employers who see higher retention and performance in graduate roles

Hi, I’m Pam

I facilitate career development coaching and training for students, graduates, and early career professionals across South Africa and the UK.

I provide tools and training that help students and graduates transition from academia to the world of work, and I coach young professionals as they integrate into and navigate the workplace during their critical early career years. I am trained to work with first generation students and graduates who are the first in their families to attend university and gain exposure to the corporate environment.

I partner with Graduate Recruiters to formulate recruitment strategies, work with Talent Managers to design and support graduate development programs, and collaborate with bursary and scholarship providers to deliver individual coaching and tailored training for their scholars.

I am an ICF certified Creative Consciousness Coach and POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Coach with experience at the London School of Economics, the Moshal Program, The Uggla Family Foundation, Students for a Better Future, and General Assembly, where I have supported hundreds of early career professionals in building successful careers.
