Root is a 7-week app-based group program that takes you straight to the source. With a small pod of women doing the same work, you'll identify the mental patterns sabotaging you, rewire the neural pathways keeping you reactive, and build the foundation for everything that comes next.
What You’ll Learn
Name what is keeping you stuck The exhaustion, the self doubt, the running in circles. We will look at the mental patterns underneath all of it and start to loosen their grip.
Find your ground again Learn to interrupt the spiral before it takes over, so that instead of reacting from a place of overwhelm you are responding from a place of steadiness.
Remember who you are The clarity and creativity you thought you had lost are still in there. This work helps you access them again, so you can rebuild your life from a place of genuine strength rather than sheer willpower.
The Positive Intelligence® Foundation
At the heart of this work is a framework called Positive Intelligence®. Backed by neuroscience and cognitive research, it gives you practical tools to understand your own mind, interrupt the patterns draining your energy, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows the way forward. It is not about positive thinking. It is about real, lasting change from the inside out.
Week 1: Learning to pause You will discover a simple but powerful practice you can use anywhere, in any moment, to interrupt stress and overwhelm before it takes over. Think of it as building a muscle you did not know you had.
Week 2: Meeting your inner critic We all have an inner voice that judges, doubts and second guesses. This week you will meet yours, understand where it came from, and begin to see it for what it is rather than believing everything it tells you.
Week 3: Understanding your patterns Beyond the inner critic there are other patterns quietly running in the background. The perfectionist, the people pleaser, the avoider, the overachiever, the worrier. This week you will identify which ones are most active in your life and how they have been shaping your choices without you realizing sing it.
Week 4: Coming back to yourself This week is about learning to extend the same compassion to yourself that you so freely give to others. For many women in this program this is the week that changes everything.
Week 5: Seeing things differently When we are burned out we get tunnel vision. This week you will learn to step back from survival mode and see your challenges from new perspectives, opening up possibilities you could not see before.
Week 6: Moving forward with intention Awareness without action stays stuck. This week is about learning to take steps forward from a grounded, aligned place rather than from fear, obligation or sheer willpower.
Week 7: Making it stick The final week is about weaving everything you have learned into your real, everyday life so that this is not just a program you completed but a way of moving through the world that stays with you.
