3-Month 1:1 Program

Rise is for women who are burned out or close to it, who need immediate, personalised support to step off the treadmill and learn what sustainable success actually feels like.
This 3-month program begins with the 7-week POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® foundation—the neurological rewiring that addresses what's happening at the root. Then we add five personalized coaching sessions to help you integrate what you've learned and begin making aligned changes in your actual life.
What You'll Do
Weeks 1-7: POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Foundation
Build the mental foundation that makes lasting change possible. Through the PQ® app, daily practices, and weekly learning modules, you'll identify your saboteurs and strengthen your Sage brain. This is the neurological rewiring that creates the foundation.
You'll learn to:
Recognize saboteur patterns before they hijack your decisions
Interrupt reactive responses in real time
Access your Sage powers (Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate)
Build self-command through daily practice
Create new neural pathways that support clarity and resilience
Weeks 8-12: Integration & Embodiment (1:1 Coaching)
Five personalized coaching sessions to help you integrate what you've learned and begin making aligned changes. We'll work with your nervous system, explore what your body knows that your mind has been ignoring, and create sustainable practices that honor your actual capacity—not the version of you that runs on depletion.
Together we'll address:

How to regulate your nervous system for clearer decision-making
What sustainable rhythms actually look like for you
How to honor your needs instead of override them
